Cauliflower Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into medium-size florets
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
1 tsp cayenne, optional
Salt and pepper
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup green onions
Sesame seeds
Bang Bang Sauce
½ cup sweet chili sauce (homemade from The Flavor Bender, highly recommended!!)
2 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp soy sauce
½ lime, juiced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Sriracha Mayo
1/3 cup mayo
2-3 tbsp Sriracha (depending on your spice levels! Start with 2, taste, and add more if you’d like!)
½ lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix the flour, milk, cayenne, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until smooth. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter.
Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter, then the breadcrumbs, then place them onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix the bang bang sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Toss the cauliflower and sauce together. Add the green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with the Sriracha mayo and enjoy!
